Every plan, including the free plan. The MCP server lets an AI coding agent create forms, add fields, change settings and read submissions. Your plan's form and submission limits apply to what the agent creates, and two settings it can set, the custom redirect URL and extra notification emails, need a paid plan.
Simple is $5 per month for 1,000 submissions and 2 forms, with 250 MB of file uploads, email notifications, auto-responses to submitters, custom redirects, spam protection, webhooks, Zapier, and auto-delete scheduling up to 365 days. If you only need a counter for a high-volume form, a cheaper per-submission service can be the better fit; Simple is priced for sites that need delivery, uploads and a dashboard with the submissions.
FormBackend has no SSO or SAML login and no SOC 2, HIPAA or ISO 27001 certification. There is no free trial; the free plan is the way to try it. Notion, Airtable, Mailchimp, Zendesk and Twilio are delivered through Zapier, not natively; native delivery covers Slack, Google Sheets, Discord and webhooks. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.
